Review the data before saving or sending.

Review the session
Check the behavior totals and coverage. Add factual antecedent, replacement skill, follow-up, or additional notes in the available fields. Do not fill missing observation time with assumed zeros.
Save your report
Choose Save PDF to Downloads. If your browser asks where to save, choose an approved location. Print / Save as PDF is the alternative browser print route.
Keep a data backup
Download data backup is available alongside the report. Downloaded files require their own storage protection. Entries are tab-local; a saved file is not automatic cloud synchronization.
Email only when authorized
Enter the intended recipient, choose Review email & send, and inspect the address in the confirmation screen. Confirm & send transmits the entire report, including entries, minute coverage, and notes. Go back if anything is wrong.
Interpret carefully
Unrecorded and unobserved periods are missing coverage, not evidence of zero behavior. A report describes the recorded session and is not a diagnosis.
