Set up
Enter an observer, fictional cadet initials, period or activity, and observation length. Select Minute Check-In or Quick Tally and a minute alert option.
Record
In Minute Check-In, a 60-second countdown runs for each minute. Three taps on the same button record one entry. The interface explains that three taps mean one record, not three occurrences.
Read coverage correctly
None observed means no listed behavior was observed. Could not observe means you could not watch. No response remains Not recorded. These states are different.
Keep the session visible
Switching tabs pauses observation. Entries remain in that tab only; download your report before closing it.
Review and share
Review totals, coverage, notes, and the observation period before saving a PDF or confirming an optional email.
